Key Responsibilities Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assembly drawings, and batch record sheets. Manually assemble critical components on the production line using manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools. Perform raw material setup and kitting. Inspect finished goods to ensure adherence to strict quality and customer specifications. Accurately record cGMP data within batch records. Maintain cleanroom 5S standards, safety practices, and correct PPE usage (including gowning).
