We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Manufacturing Technician to join a global healthcare manufacturing facility in Cramlington.Working inside a cGMP-compliant cleanroom environment, you will play a key role in assembling, inspecting, and packaging single-use medical devices using hand tools and technical assembly drawings.Key Responsibilities:Assemble medical components inside a cleanroom following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.Use manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools to setup and kit raw materials on defined production lines.Perform continuous quality inspections on finished goods against strict specs.Accurately detail and record cGMP data within batch production records.Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and 5S standards.What We Are Looking For:Night Shift Readiness: Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (18:00 - 06:00) on a 4-on / 4-off pattern.Physical Capability: Able to stand for 12 hours and perform repetitive assembly, lifting, and carrying tasks.Practical Skills: Hands-on dexterity with hand tools, good eyesight, and basic maths skills.Experience: ..... full job details .....
