Joina leading independent services provider as a Manufacturing Operator. Location: Perth- 4 Auld Bond RoadDaily Rate: A perhour rate, in-scope IR35, of £13.20/hrContract Length: 12 monthsShift andamp; shift pattern Mon - Fri Hours: early 6:00 - 14:30, late 13:30 - 22:00 Job Overview:The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for carrying out production processes bystrictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work InstructionDocuments, and blueprints/drawings related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This role operates inaccordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and requires the ability toperform detail-oriented, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, collaborativecleanroom environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManually assemble tubing, connectors, and bags used in the medical industryRead and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsBuild products according to customer specifications using measuring tools (eg, tape measure)Follow SOPs and GMP requirements at all timesComplete accurate production and quality documentation in compliance with GMP standardsPerform visual inspections on in-process and finished products and escalate issues when requiredPromote safety and quality in all production activitiesWork collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in Lean and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiativesRequired Knowledge, Skills andamp; AbilitiesAbility to ..... full job details .....
