Job Overview: We are recruiting a Manufacturing Operator (Level 1) to join our growing manufacturing team. This role provides essential support to on-site manufacturing operations, ensuring daily production requirements.This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in manufacturing within a regulated, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, and the role offers opportunities to build skills across multiple work areas, enabling flexibility during shift operations.Location: Paisley - 102 Fountain Crescent, Inchinnan Business Park (On-site)Daily Rate: £13.20 + 25% shift allowance (PAYE basic)Contract Length: 6 monthsKey Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets and schedule attainment are achievedManufacture cell culture media and reagents in line with approved proceduresOperate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safelyFollow GMP, quality, and safety standards at all times.Accurately complete production and quality documentationMaintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including graded and non-graded environmentsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-based problem-solvingCommunicate effectively with team leaders, supervisors, and other departments regarding quality and service mattersSupport a strong culture of customer focus, quality, and complianceKey Requirements National 5 or higher in Standard Grade Maths and EnglishRelevant manufacturing or ..... full job details .....
