Manufacturing Operatives

We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role offering long-term opportunities within manufacturing / production setting.

Day Shift (Fixed)

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery

• Loading materials into pre-set machines

• Cutting, assembling and preparing products to specification

• Fitting components and completing basic assembly tasks

• Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation

• Quality checking finished goods

• Order picking and preparing goods for despatch

• Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This is a physically active role involving manual handling and working on your feet.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable

• Good attention to detail

• Strong team working skills

• Good basic numeracy and literacy

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Full training will be provided.
