Location: Near Colchester (rural location - own transport required)
Pay: -13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00 (subject to change)
Type: Ongoing, with potential for permanent opportunities

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and reputable company within a busy production environment. This is a hands-on role involving physical work and teamwork to meet production targets.

Based new Manningtree, Essex applicants need their own reliable transport to be considered

Key Duties of the Manufacturing Operative:

• Preparing and setting moulds for production processes
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out finishing work to a high standard
• General yard and production labouring duties
• Manual handling of materials and finished products
• Loading, unloading, and safely stacking products in the yard
• Working closely within a small, collaborative team

Requirements:

• Previous experience within manufacturing and production environments
• Own transport due to rural location
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling
