Manufacturing Operative Location: Staplehurst Contract: Permanent Hours: 42.5 hours per week Salary: DOE Are you looking to build a career in manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication? Our client, a specialist and growing manufacturing business, is looking for a Junior Sheet Metal Operative to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some basic practical or manufacturing experience and is keen to learn a skilled trade and develop their career within a specialist engineering environment. You don''t need to be an experienced sheet metal worker. We''re particularly interested in people who have a good attitude, are practical and willing to learn, and have some exposure to manufacturing, engineering or workshop environments. The Role Working alongside experienced members of the production team, you''ll be trained in the processes and skills required to manufacture and finish sheet metal components to customer specifications. Your responsibilities will develop as your skills and experience grow, and you''ll have the opportunity to learn different aspects of sheet metal production.
