Production Operator Location: Shipley Pay Rate: 13.26 per hour Working hours - Rotating shift - all hours paid, breaks are paid Contract Type: Ongoing temporary opportunity with permanent potential Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts - Morning and Afters with EARLY finish on Friday Manpower is recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a well?established international manufacturing organisation. This is a hands?on, shop?floor role within an industrial environment, suitable for candidates who are reliable, safety?focused, and comfortable working in a physically active setting. The Role As a Production Operator, you will support the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. Key duties include:Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces and production machineryLoading and unloading materials in line with manual handling guidelinesAssembly workPerforming quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsPerforming stock checksMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all health and safety policies and operating proceduresFilling in paperwork / reportsAbout You We are looking for individuals who are dependable and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards shift work.
