About the Role
Manpower UK is seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join their client in Brigg on a permanent basis, paying up to £13.75 per hour. This role involves rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, alternating between 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm. Applicants should live locally or have reliable transport due to the site location. Key duties include performing daily inspections at shift start and finish to identify and report equipment issues, operating machinery to support production processes, and completing all production documentation accurately. Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.

Shift Pattern
* Monday - Friday
* Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate
* £13.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues
* Operating machinery and supporting production processes
* Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently
* Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output
* Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training
* Adhering to all site Health andamp; Safety procedures and standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We''re Looking For
Experience
* Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment
* Experience working within a warehouse or production setting
* Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous
Skills andamp; Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to supporting different departments across the site
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern
* Commitment to maintaining high Health andamp; Safety standards
