Role Overview As part of the Springtown Manufacturing team, you will work within a 24/7 wafer fabrication facility, operating machinery used to produce recording heads for data storage products. You will contribute to ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate a range of machines within a high-tech production environment. Carry out machine-tending duties to maximise utilisation and support site production goals. Work within a small shift cell of 3-4 colleagues, forming part of a wider team of 30-40. Support maintenance activities across a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
