Manufacturing Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time. Location Brigg Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport Shift Pattern Monday - Friday Rotating shifts: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay Rate £13.75 per hour Key Responsibilities Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues Operating machinery and supporting production processes Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training Adhering to all site Health and Safety procedures and standards Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentWhat We''re Looking ForExperience Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment Experience working within a warehouse or production setting Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous Skills and Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to ..... full job details .....
