Manufacturing Operative

Kinetic looking to recruit a Manufacturing Operator''s for pharmaceutical company based in East Cheshire The rate per hour for this role is -19.38 per hour. The position is a temporary position to cover long term sickness

Shift Pattern - Rotating shift 13:50pm to 22:00pm 5:50am to 14:00 & 21:50 to 6:00 am

As a Packing Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products. Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for producing bulk batches, operating automated filling and packing machinery, and ensuring finished products meet the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining equipment, accurately completing production documentation, and working within a controlled manufacturing environment to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the manufacturing production lines by following established procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

As an Operator your duties will also include:

* Operating automated filling and packing machines.
* Completing batch documentation to GMP standards.
* Cleaning and preparing manufacturing equipment.
* Transferring stock between warehouse and production.

Beneficial key skills and experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Good Maths and English communication skills.
* Team player with the ability to adapt to change.
* Experience with automated machinery.
* Ability to understand and learn technical processes.
* An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice is desirable.
