      <description>Location: Bury St Edmunds | Salary: &amp;pound;16.80/hour | Type: Temporary | Manufacturing Operative    Bury St Edmunds  £16.80 per hour      We’re looking for a Manufacturing Operative to help run a manufacturing plant in Bury St Edmunds.        Working hours are on a rotational basis of 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00 (Includes weekends)       Duties –         Operate and monitor production equipment   Ensure products meet quality standards   Help meet daily and weekly production targets   Keep the work area clean and safe   Follow health, safety, and environmental rules   Support stock control and stock takes   Work with maintenance to reduce downtime   Communicate with team members to keep production running smoothly         Skills &amp; Experience –          Experience in manufacturing or production   Ability to work with machinery   Good organisation and IT skills   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   Basic understanding of production processes   Knowledge of lean manufacturing (helpful but not essential)        If you are interested in this role please apply with an up to date CV, or call Alice, Charlotte or Keeley for further information.</description>
