Production Operator (Continental Shifts)We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation working continental shifts.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term opportunities, structured training, and strong earning potential through shift allowances.Shift PatternContinental shifts12 hour shiftsSplit across 7 day shifts and 5 night shiftsWorking 2 weekends out of every 425% shift allowance includedThe RoleYou will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial production equipment while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to tight quality tolerances.This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written SOPs and production processes accurately.Duties IncludeOperating industrial machinery and production equipmentMeasuring materials using tape measures and digital verniersCutting materials using wet and dry industrial sawsGrinding using industrial grindersBonding and cement mixing applicationsUsing bonding lamps to cure materialsRecording production information accuratelySupporting 5S and housekeeping standardsFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious manufacturing or production experienceExperience working shiftsStrong work ethic and proactive attitudeAbility to work accurately to very tight tolerancesGood verbal and written communication ..... full job details .....
