Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week

Temporary to Permanent

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our manufacturing client based in Pucklechurch to recruit a Manufacturing Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.-

The purpose of this role is to support the assembly of refrigeration plants within our clients workshop.- You will ensure all assembles are completed safely and to our client''s high standards, contributing to the efficient delivery of fully assembled refrigeration packs.

Role responsibilities:

• Measure cut and fit insulation to refrigeration system and pipework
• Ensure all fitting/installations are neat, secure and meet required specifications
• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team-
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions accurately
• Identify and report any drawing issues, component discrepancies or build concerns to the team leader

You will need:

• Experience in testing and inspection of mechanical systems (refrigeration systems would be preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• The enthusiasm and motivation to succeed
• Basic IT skills
