Manufacturing Operative Location: Blindley Heath, SurreySalary: £12.71 per hourVacancy Type: Full-time position, Hours of work 7:30-16:30 (28 days holiday per year (20 days + statutory)Balconette is an established company who manufacture and supply glass balustrade and Juliets.We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our great Manufacturing team. Working from our Blindley Heath site, you will assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Experience not required as full and continuous training will be given. Clean UK driving licence is a must as occasional driving for business is required.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Operate machinery and equipment to cut, assemble, and pack aluminium profilePick, clean and pack glass panelsPick and pack product accessories to complete orderAssist with dispatching ordersUse of powered vehicles, e.g. forkliftAssist with maintaining stock levelsFollow processes accordinglyComply with Health and SafetyRoll will involve site work and installations across the UKWorking away on installations QUALIFICATIONS: Evidence of a sound level of general education including GCSE English and Maths or equivalentWillingness to participate in further training and development opportunities REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to detail and quality controlPhysical fitness - physical role with heavy liftingGood communication skillsExcellent timekeepingBasic knowledge of Health and Safety proceduresUnderstand measurements and ..... full job details .....
