Our client is a large manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Huddersfield, Bradley, and due to continued growth and expansion, they require a number of well versed manufacturing operatives to work across either permanent afternoon or night shifts. Key Responsibilities To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company. Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development. Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is always achieved.Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork. Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.
