This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a modern production environment, with full training provided, clear progression opportunities, and an increase in pay upon successful completion of probation.Working within a busy and supportive team, you will play a key role in the manufacture and quality assurance of high-quality plastic components used across a range of industries.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate injection moulding machinery and associated production equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor production processes to ensure output meets required quality and performance standards.Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.Trim, assemble, package, and prepare products for dispatch.Identify and report faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors.Complete production records and documentation accurately.Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the production area.Follow health, safety, and company procedures at all times.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Work collaboratively with colleagues and team leaders to achieve daily production targets.Assist ..... full job details .....
