Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in maintaining operational health, improving productivity and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.They will oversee daily business activities, focusing on optimising processes, productivity and efficiency across production, quality and logistics. They will align daily operations with company goals by managing budgets, staff and supply chains to improve performance and reduce costs.Reporting directly to the Directors of the company the Operations Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team and will play a major role in the day to day running of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimisation:Analysing workflows to enhance productivity and implement improvements (e.g., Lean Management) and optimization of machinery and production layout.Strategic Planning:Aligning operational goals with the overall company strategy.
