It’s complex, highly technical work and we’re growing. That’s why we’re looking for a  Manufacturing / NPI Engineer. You’ll take ownership of new product introductions for a set of customers, making sure new parts move smoothly from design to production. That means running trials, checking data, and making sure projects land where they should: on time, on budget, and with margins that make sense. It’s a hands-on role. Sometimes you’ll be in meetings with customers, sometimes you’ll be deep in project data, and sometimes you’ll be on the shop floor running trials yourself or investigating.
