I am looking to speak with Manufacturing Managers, Senior Production Managers or Operations Managers who have operated in an independent capacity to head up and drive Production within a food manufacturing environment. I am partnering with an exciting and growing brand in the food industry who are going through a period of upscaling and growth who are currently looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team. The role will be Mon-Fri days but may require some flexibility around hours. You will be responsible for Production Leadership, growth and scalability, planning and cross departmental coordination and especially performance management and efficient output. To be successful in the role you will need to have 10+ years food manufacturing experience at management level, operating in an independent/decision making head of production position. A strong track record of delivering and improving operational performance, strong leadership style and understanding of food safety, quality standards and compliance.
