      <description>Location: Warwickshire | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum 10% Bonus | Type: Permanent | Manufacturing Manager  Food Manufacturing | Warwickshire | £70,000–£75,000 + 10% Bonus   Some manufacturing jobs are about keeping things ticking over.  This isn''t one of them.  There is a lot changing at this site.  Investment is going into the operation. New equipment is being introduced. Ways of working that have been around for a long time are being challenged. And, as part of that, they''re creating an additional Manufacturing Manager position to give the operation stronger leadership.  You''ll take ownership of a significant part of the factory, with responsibility for everything you''d expect at this level – people, safety, quality, performance, cost and delivery.  But the interesting bit is what happens beyond the day-to-day.  There are projects to deliver, improvements to make and new equipment to integrate into the operation. They need somebody who can look at how things are currently done, understand what needs to change and then actually make it happen.  That means this probably isn''t the role for someone who wants to inherit a well-oiled machine and simply maintain it.
