Are you a Manufacturing Manager looking to step into a true senior leadership position where you can run a shop floor, lead managers, and drive performance? Do you want a hands-on role with clear ownership, in a business that''s growing and pushing forward?

This is a permanent, site-based leadership role with a well-established engineering manufacturer, giving you real responsibility and the autonomy to shape day-to-day production and delivery. You''ll join at a senior level, with a strong package, stability, and a business that wants a hands-on leader (not a "desk-only" director).

The company manufactures engineered components for a wide range of markets (from everyday products through to aerospace), supplying internationally. They''re part of a wider group with multiple UK sites and international backing, offering long-term stability and an environment where strong leadership gets recognised.

You''ll be based on-site in Beckenham, taking ownership of the full shop floor operation and leading department managers to deliver safe, efficient, on-time production.

This role suits a success-driven leader who wants to take full accountability for a manufacturing operation, lead managers day-to-day, and push performance forward in a hands-on senior role.

The Role:

• Running the full shop floor / production operation on-site in Beckenham
• Leading department managers and being part of the senior leadership team
• 40 hours per week: 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (site-based, no hybrid)

The Person:

• Engineering / manufacturing background
• Proven management experience (leading teams / managers)
• Hands-on leadership approach with a technical mindset
