Manufacturing Manager Monday Thursday: 7:45am 4:45pmFriday: 7:45am 12:00pm We are currently supporting a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their Wellingborough facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Engineering Manager to take ownership of the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance functions across a specialist manufacturing site. You will lead a small team of Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance Technicians, while also managing external contractors, delivering CAPEX projects and driving continuous improvement across the facility. The Role Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing performance, equipment reliability, safety, quality and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation, developing engineering teams and delivering tangible improvements within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and motivate a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance Technicians. Manage external contractors and engineering suppliers.
