Manufacturing Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing defence manufacturer in Lincolnshire, who are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of a well equipped, high volume batch manufacturing facility. This is a priority hire for a business scaling fast. Following significant investment from an international group with factories worldwide, turnover is projected to grow substantially over the next 12 months, headcount is increasing and the site is moving to 3 shift working, backed by further significant investment in new equipment. The Manufacturing Manager will report to the Operations Director and join an established senior leadership team, taking responsibility for building the manufacturing structure, recruiting new team members and delivering batch orders against schedule, right first time. There is genuine scope for the role to develop into an Operations Manager or Factory Manager position as the business grows.
