Their Production IT function has grown considerably over the past few years and they are now looking for an experienced Manufacturing IT Team Leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team. This is a genuine leadership role, rather than a senior engineering position with a small amount of management added on. You will lead a team of Production IT Engineers, manage priorities and workloads, hold regular one-to-ones, support development and performance, coordinate team coverage and remove any blockers affecting delivery.
