      <description>Location: Old Basing | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71 - &amp;pound;13.00/hour | Type: Temporary | Due to a full order book and increased growth, my client, a leading engineering company based close to Basingstoke are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Finisher / De-burrer on an ongoing temporary basis. This may become a permanent role after a period of time, typically 4-6 months.  The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of engineering or manufacturing and have good hand work and attention to detail. The work is generally light in nature.   Duties   	 Use hand tools to smooth, polish, and finish manufactured parts. 	 Operate rumble machines. 	 Support the CNC operations – De-burring / Honing / Shot blasting. 	 Inspect components for defects or imperfections and perform necessary corrections. 	 Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools are properly stored after use. 	 Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.    Experience   	 Previous experience in a manufacturing / assembly / engineering is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
