We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client''s manufacturing business. The successful candidate will lead the relocation of our factory to a new site and then take ongoing responsibility for managing and maintaining the facility. This is a permanent role requiring someone with proven experience in relocating a manufacturing facility or factory, combined with strong facilities management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the relocation of the factory to a new location. Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers throughout the move. Ensure the safe installation and commissioning of equipment and production lines. Minimise disruption to operations and production during the relocation. Oversee the day-to-day management of the facility once operational. Manage maintenance programmes, utilities, building services, and site infrastructure. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the site. Essential Requirements Proven experience successfully relocating a factory or manufacturing facility. Facilities manufacturing management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience managing contractors and external suppliers. Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
