This role will be working on a rotating double day shift, Monday to Friday. Our Value Added Services team are responsible for cutting and designing bespoke flooring orders, mainly for the transport industry. The Team Leader will be responsible for the ongoing development and coaching of up to 6 Technicians on each shift.
