You will collaborate with design, operations and project teams to ensure smooth production handovers, robust DfM reviews and compliance with industry standards-including those required by major defence clients.Key Tasks:Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers and TechniciansDeliver DfM reviews and support NPI projects from concept to productionProvide hands-on technical support across electro-mechanical assembly linesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challengesSupport bids and proposals with technical input for new businessDrive compliance with Health and Safety and customer-specific manufacturing standardsOwn departmental KPIs and budget ..... full job details .....
