Manufacturing Engineer - WeldingJob Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to FridayLocation Requirement: Must have the right to work in the United KingdomWe are seeking a proactive and driven Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance our welding operations across Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium processes. This role will play a key part in improving production efficiency, driving automation initiatives, and maintaining high-quality standards across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day engineering support to weld production teams across multiple material streams.Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the design and implementation of new jigs and fixtures.Drive robotic welding projects from concept through to delivery, including research, business case development, and full implementation.Continuously review and optimise manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with wider business systems and strategy.Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure consistency across operations.Build strong cross-functional relationships to support collaboration and operational success.Identify and implement best practices, both internally and externally, to enhance performance.Promote a "right-first-time" culture, encouraging accountability and continuous improvement at all levels.Support manufacturing teams in resolving production and quality issues using a structured, problem-solving ..... full job details .....
