With over 15 manufacturing sites worldwide and annual revenues exceeding £400 million, the business supplies precision-engineered products into the aerospace, defence, semiconductor, energy and industrial sectors Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:Analyse production performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and process capabilityLead root cause investigations into manufacturing, safety and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventative actionsManage capital expenditure projects from quotation through to installation, validation and production implementationSupport the introduction of new products (NPI), equipment and manufacturing processes into productionIdentify and deliver automation opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiencyDrive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the value streamDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, process instructions and engineering standardsWork closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to deliver ..... full job details .....
