This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to play a key role in driving process improvement, supporting production operations, and contributing to the delivery of complex engineering programmes.Working as part of an embedded manufacturing team on-site in Derby, you will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimise manufacturing processes, improve operational performance, and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.Key Responsibilities Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing methods, processes, tooling, and equipment.Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve production-related issues.Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.Conduct feasibility studies, process evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses for new manufacturing solutions.Monitor production performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing capabilities.Ensure all ..... full job details .....
