Due to continued demand and growth across their manufacturing operation, they are now looking to add two Manufacturing Engineers to support ongoing projects and new product introduction activity.In this role you will deliver manufacturing engineering projects, support NPI/manufacturing readiness, and develop and improve processes. You will create and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans and Standard Work, support validation builds and process capability studies, and investigate issues using structured root-cause analysis techniques, working closely with production, quality, design and suppliers.This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer with a lean/continuous improvement background, strong problem-solving skills ..... full job details .....
