This is a hands-on role focused on CNC programming, precision machining and manufacturing process improvement. You will work closely with the production team to optimise manufacturing methods, improve productivity, reduce costs and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Write, amend and prove out CNC programs using machine controls and CAD/CAM software. Design bespoke workholding and fixtures using SolidWorks. Develop machining strategies using CAM software for milling and turning. Create and maintain CNC setup sheets, tooling and fixture documentation. Support multi-axis CNC machining, including 5-axis, 32 and multitasking machines. Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, quality and productivity.
