Manufacturing Engineer Competitive Salary + Benefits Based in Derby We''re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading precision engineering business specialising in high-quality fabricated and machined components. The Role You''ll play a key role in managing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and ensuring products are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:Managing engineering projects from quotation through to production.Creating and maintaining BOMs, routings, works orders and manufacturing documentation.Producing quotations from customer drawings and specifications.Supporting New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI).Improving manufacturing methods, tooling, and production processes.Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and customers to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.About You We''re looking for someone with:Strong hands-on knowledge of metal fabrication (essential).Experience within precision manufacturing (aerospace or similar highly regulated industries would be advantageous).Good understanding of fabricated and machined components.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.The ability to read engineering drawings and work collaboratively across departments.What''s on Offer?Competitive salary and benefits.Early finish every Friday.Opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer.Long-term career ..... full job details .....
