The opportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of meaningful improvement projects within a busy, high-volume operation.Working closely with engineering, production and other key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and reliability. You will turn those opportunities into practical, measurable solutions, supporting projects from initial investigation through to implementation.Your responsibilities will include: Analysing existing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities Leading process optimisation and productivity initiatives Supporting the introduction of new equipment, automation and manufacturing technologies Contributing to capital investment projects from concept through to delivery Developing business cases, project plans and technical specifications Working with internal teams and external suppliers to implement improvements Ensuring projects are delivered safely, effectively and with minimal operational disruption Measuring results and embedding improvements into ..... full job details .....
