Manufacturing Engineer (Must be SC Clearable)

Manufacturing Engineer Start Date: November 2026Location: Romsey Onsite 5 days per weekDuration: 6 monthsDay Rate: £380 per day to the agency IR35: Inside IR35Clearance: The role can start under BPSS. SC clearance is highly preferred, and candidates who do not currently hold SC must be eligible and willing to obtain it. The Role We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a technology-focused manufacturing environment, driving improvements across production processes, quality, cost and delivery performance.The role will focus on Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and problem solving, working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and wider business teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues and deliver measurable improvements.You will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes and supporting the successful assembly and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical products. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, leading change and delivering practical improvements within a fast-paced engineering environment.
