Key Responsibilities Process Definition and Development Define and validate manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and industry standards. Design manufacturing processes using Takt/Flow methodology, incorporating ergonomic and safety considerations. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, inspection methods, quality control points, and related documentation. Develop routes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), master layouts, tooling requests, COSs, data sheets, and production support drawings. Technical Support and Industrialisation Ensure process designs meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Provide technical support to internal teams and external suppliers. Plan, lead and coordinate industrialisation activities and product validation. Support the development of manufacturing concepts, equipment selection, and workplace layout design.
