Contract Duration: Until Feb 2027, and June 2027X4 Manufacturing EngineersLocation: Titchfield site, UK - onsite full timePay Rate: Up to £38 p/h PAYE + Holiday Pay or £43.52 p/h including holiday pay (Equivalent to £50.49 p/h Umbrella)Engagement: PAYE onlyHours: 37hrs per weekWe are seeking x4 highly capable Assembly and Test Manufacturing Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team, supporting all assembly areas with a focus on mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and test processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and enabling the business to meet customer commitments. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day engineering support to production, ensuring products are delivered in line with schedule, quality, cost, and safety objectives, while driving continuous improvement in assembly, integration, and test performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on manufacturing engineering support to assembly and test operations, ensuring production targets are achieved.Support mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, including sub-system integration, harnessing, and functional testing.Resolve technical issues on the shop floor, maintaining production flow and delivery performance.Generate and implement rework routings and instructions in line with delivery priorities.Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and test procedures to ensure consistent and repeatable processes.Drive achievement of ..... full job details .....
