This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes for advanced electrical and electromechanical products within a highly regulated, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will combine strong manufacturing engineering expertise with a solid understanding of electrical systems, driving improvements across production processes, digital manufacturing systems, and new product introduction activities. The Role Working closely with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing processes while acting as a key contributor to the continued development of the company''s Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role would suit someone who enjoys solving production challenges, implementing process improvements, and supporting the manufacture of complex electrical assemblies and systems.
