You will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, creating work instructions, supporting repairs and rework, troubleshooting production issues and working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions for composite processes Create rework and repair instructions for composite components. Investigate production issues and carry out root cause analysis. Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods. Support quality improvements and corrective actions. Create and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings using an ERP system. Support health and safety requirements relating to composites, resins, solvents, dust and curing processes.
