We''re seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role across the full product lifecycle, from development and prototyping through to full-rate production. You''ll work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to develop robust manufacturing processes, improve yield, reduce costs, and support the successful delivery of key programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimise manufacturing processes and production methods.Define assembly sequences, work instructions, production layouts, and material flows.Create and maintain Manufacturing BOMs, routings, and process documentation.Identify tooling and fixturing requirements to support production.Generate technical requirement specifications and manufacturing estimates.Support production readiness, shop floor problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, and Operations.What We''re Looking ForExperience in manufacturing engineering within a complex engineering or highly regulated environment.Strong knowledge of assembly processes, including electro-mechanical assembly, bonding, or similar ..... full job details .....
