This position offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, from improving production and test processes to supporting new product introductions and delivering operational improvements across the site. The RoleYou''ll work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement, solve manufacturing challenges, and help deliver efficient, reliable production processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing and test processes to enhance quality and productivity. Support new product introductions and ensure a smooth transition into production. Lead continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing techniques. Manage engineering and capital investment projects. Maintain process documentation, production standards, and manufacturing data. Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
