Manufacturing Engineer

Jackson Hogg are supporting a global manufacturing business in the search for a Process Manufacturing Engineer to join their established operation in the North East. The Opportunity This role will play a key part in developing and improving manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to introduce automation and new technologies, while supporting new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and HSE teams, you will help deliver measurable improvements in productivity, throughput, quality, and cost performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement manufacturing technology solutions including automation, robotics, AGVs, automated conveyors, and other advanced manufacturing systems. Lead process improvement and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations. Analyse workflows and production processes to drive efficiencies and eliminate waste.
