Manufacturing Engineer If you re someone who enjoys being close to the shop floor, solving problems, and improving how things are made, this is a role where you ll genuinely make an impact. You ll be joining a modern manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced engineers and operations teams to support and improve production across a range of areas. Reporting to a Senior Production Engineer, you ll play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a broad role with real variety. You ll be involved in optimising manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance, supporting new product introduction, and contributing to wider improvement projects across the site. You ll also have the opportunity to work on capital projects, identify upgrades that improve productivity and quality, and help reduce waste and cost across manufacturing operations. What you ll be doing: You ll support the day-to-day performance of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, output, and quality. Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams, you ll help ensure equipment is operating at its best, while contributing to upgrades and modifications where needed. You ll get involved in continuous improvement activities, using structured problem-solving approaches to deliver real, measurable improvements.
