The Role:Provide manufacturing and assembly expertise throughout the product development lifecycle.Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and assembly improvement initiatives.Lead RandD projects focused on cost reduction and quality enhancement.Deliver continuous improvements across existing products and processes.Collaborate with NPD engineers to develop practical manufacturing solutions.Conduct component and assembly tolerance assessments.Lead and support DFMEA reviews and risk assessments.Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks prior to production.Support the successful transition of new products from design to manufacture.
