Your New CompanyA leading manufacturer of specialist mobile equipment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its growing engineering and production team in County Tyrone. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative business that designs and manufactures bespoke heavy engineering equipment for customers across global markets.Working closely with design, production, fabrication, assembly and supply chain teams, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introduction and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Your New RoleAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the transition of new products from design through to production while ensuring manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective and deliver the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and improving manufacturing processes for new and existing products.Supporting new product introduction and production readiness activities.Working alongside Design Engineers to ensure products are designed for efficient manufacture and assembly.Providing technical support to production and assembly teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation including work instructions, BOMs and process sheets.Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues.Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety ..... full job details .....
