They are thriving company and they are keen to add to their production team.The RoleAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing, developing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring products move efficiently from design through to production. Working closely with both engineering and production teams, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimise workflows and support the successful introduction of new products.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and map design-to-manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost performance.Develop, test and implement improved manufacturing methods, systems and workflows.Act as the key technical link between the design office and manufacturing teams, resolving production challenges and improving processes.Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support material flow optimisation through PFEP principles.Lead engineering and operational improvement projects to increase productivity and scalability.Support new product introduction, ensuring designs are manufacturable and production-ready.Conduct ..... full job details .....
