This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to play a key role in introducing new products, improving manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. Your New RoleAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising production processes, improving product quality, reducing manufacturing costs, and supporting the successful introduction of new products into production. You will work closely with production, design, purchasing and quality teams to ensure manufacturing excellence across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of new products into manufacturing, including process development and technical documentation.Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, standard operating procedures, bills of materials and production routings.Design and support production tooling, jigs and fixtures to improve efficiency and quality.Provide technical support to production teams to improve quality, productivity and process performance.Support the installation, commissioning and optimisation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.Conduct product testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.Drive engineering change activities and process improvements across manufacturing ..... full job details .....
